When Gavin and Rochelle got married on Saturday, September 19, 2009, he had been my guy for planning and preparing the wedding. Rochelle, a model, had to fly around in the world to finish her contracts.
Gavin brought his own Chiavari chairs and dark brown napkins and had the tent re-draped with a beautiful thin cotton.
Inside the church room drapes covered the walls. It was gorgeous and as I’m the green wedding planner, I bargained with Gavin with the result that he left the amazing drapes, a happy surprise for Elia, the mom of a November wedding who really wanted new drapes but was fighting with her budgets to get it done. Bride share is in.
Gavin also researched his butterfly provider thoroughly, the butterflies were not only indigenous but left their boxy homes all alive and well.

We made sure that the Buddha was included in his wealth of flowers and that the
napkin folds reminded us of wings...
And his bride was happily hugging his shy little boy.
