Organic wedding cake

Annie and Jeremy got married today. Their 120 guests enjoyed a casual brunch buffet in beautiful spring-like weather. The cake was a wink to Annie's vintage inspired dress with it's ostrich feathers at the sleeves.
The amazing organic wedding cakes at the Inn taste so good, one just has to "sin". But then, I always convince myself that this sweet heaven can't be that bad as it's all organic.

Green and DIY Wedding

Teacy and Richard's wedding in late August of 2011 was an inspiring event with many heartfelt and hand crafted details and it was at least for some part, about the lucky horse show.




Little blocks from scrap wood with hand painted table numbers matched the colorful mix of "one stroll through the flower mart".

Tracy's eclectic frames with pictures of important memories added to the personal and intimate feel.

Wedding wrapped in Satins

Robin and John were married on St Barts and celebrated their union with 130 exited guests at the Inn on November 12. Worried about the weather Robin ask me for a beautiful warm solution. I hired Raj Tents who did an amazing job wrapping the Inn into beautiful fabrics. It was as warm as an inside restaurant and still amidst gorgeous old trees and under the night's sky. The best of both worlds where even the little sprinkle here and there just added to the gorgeous atmosphere.

Emily and David were married at the Inn on October 8 with a beautiful day time ceremony on the fountain patio and a reception on the creek side patio. 

 

Their vibrant colors reminded guests of the couples' travels to exotic beach communities.
 

 

The food by chef Bradley Miller was a delicious combination of organic ingredients and sustainable, free range proteins.

 Fresh pressed juices make the best lemonades.

 Emily's daughter created a very personal cake.

Everybody had a lot of fun, with several couples performing amazing Swing dancing in the church room.

Butterfly Wedding Day

 

Saturday, September 24 was decleared Butterfly Day at the Inn: two independent weddings, Grace and Jai in the day time and Gabrielle and Dennis at night, chose butterflies to flap their artificial wings for their receptions.

 

Gabrielle chose brilliant colors and created a fairy tale land that made you want to fly walking through butterflies on drapes, flowers, fountain, swinging in the breeze from pergolas and chandeliers. 

Fairies where sitting on the cake and danced on table numbers; of course the Inn is known for their own fairies living in the creek and enchant little kids...

 Grace and Jai kept it pastel, sweet and whimsical and very much portraying Grace' delicate nature.

Korean rice cakes became delicious and decorative favors.
